Boston Latino was front and center at Cultura Viva! Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción's (IBA) celebratory way to tell the world about their arts and culture work and to take pride by rejoicing on Latino culture, history and heritage. The renamed, Villa Victoria Center for the Arts includes the main performance space which is dedicate to Jorge Hernandez and La Galeria, that hosts visual and arts studios and program offices.
During the program Maria Magdalena Campos-Pons, Rick Colon, José Massó and the family of Doña Paula Oyola were presented with the Jorge Hernandez Leadership Awards.
